When you’re done sharpening, deburr add the final touch to your knives on the PW-160 Conical Composite Honing Wheel.
The DF-150 Conical Diamond Wheel Fine keeps going for a thousand plus sharpenings. It’s hard to give a more precise answer, because it depends on how you use it. The vast majority of households are able to sharpen their knives for a lifetime or longer.
The surface of the grinding wheel will become finer and finer over time. If you ever want to get a brand new grinding wheel again, we recommend keeping the previous one for those times when you want a really fine finish.
