ACC-150 Anti-Corrosion Concentrate makes the water corrosion inhibitant and protects your diamond grinding wheels to prevents them from rusting. The anti-corrosion concentrate is always used for wet sharpening with diamond grinding wheels. Anti-corrosion concentrate won’t harm your regular grindstones if you have it in the water, so you can keep treated water if you want to switch between a diamond grinding wheel and a grindstone, and then back again.

ACC-150 Anti-Corrosion Concentrate makes the water in your water-cooled sharpening system corrosion inhibitant. It’s used when wet sharpening with any of Tormek’s diamond grinding wheels. You can also use it with a grindstone without problems, so you don’t have to discard it if you want to switch from a diamond grinding wheel to a grindstone, and then back again. Then you’ll still have corrosion inhibiting water when you return to your diamond grinding wheel.
Add 10 ml (0.02 pints) of concentrate to 250 ml (0.4 pints) of water (~4%). The bottles come with a measuring scale for easy dosing. Mix the concentrate and water, then pour into the water tray. If you want to save the mixture overnight, remember to always lower or remove the water tray so that your grinding wheel doesn’t sit in the water more than necessary. ACC-150 Anti-Corrosion Concentrate doesn’t contain antifreeze.

Note the sharpening settings on your truing tools
The PP-10 Profile Pen is used to note down the sharpening settings for your woodturning tools on the PL-01 Profile Labels. The ink in the pen is alcohol-based and adheres permanently to the vinyl profile labels.
Used with Tormek leather honing wheels
PA-70 Honing Compound is used together with Tormek leather honing wheels. The unique qualities of the leather in combination with the honing compound effectively remove the burr that occur during sharpening without damaging the edge. At the same time, the honing compound also polishes the bevel to its final finish.
